Srinagar, Dec 31 (KNO): Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, Private Secretary to the E.P. Department Kashmir, retired on Wednesday after dedicating 39 years to public service.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a farewell ceremony was held in his honour at the Sir Mohammed Iqbal Mini Convention Centre, Sanat Nagar. The event was attended by officers and employees of the E.P. Department, who praised Bhat’s long-standing commitment and wished him good health and a fulfilling life post-retirement.
Speakers highlighted Mushtaq Bhat’s valuable contributions, saying his services will be missed. His colleagues and senior officials bid him an emotional farewell, extending their best wishes for his future endeavours—(KNO)
